Hanging-ear coffee (filter-hanging coffee) brewing method (10g per bag of hanging-ear coffee)
Standard coffee cup (200cc)
1. Tear the top seal of the hanging-ear coffee filter paper and hang it on the cup.
two。 Prepare hot water (temperature please refer to the above instructions): it is recommended to pour 200C hot water to brew 160~180cc coffee.
If the amount of water from your boiled water machine is too large, it is recommended that you prepare a kettle or measuring cup with a nozzle to facilitate pouring water.
If your water boiled machine can manually control the amount of water, you can take the cup directly to the bottom of the outlet to pick up the water.
3. Slowly pour hot water into the middle and wet the coffee powder for the first time, that is, stop soaking for 20 seconds.
4. After that, you can stop pouring water and let the coffee filter by flushing to the 2x3 of the ear filter paper (the amount of water should be continuous and uniform, not intermittent).
5. Then continue to pour water until the cup is 8: 9 minutes full (about 160cc). Soak for about 5 seconds and remove the filter paper.
A full-bodied cup of hand-made coffee is done!
