■ Kalita Wave formula

Coffee powder: 25g

Water: 400g

Grinding scale: medium and fine

Water temperature: 90-96 degrees

Pour 50g of water within 30 seconds of the pre-soaking stage. In order to make the coffee powder come into contact with the water more actively, stir the inside of the filter cup with a stick. Then pour 120g of water 6 times, 3 times every 15 seconds (60g water each time) Pouring. The total extraction time should not exceed 3 minutes.
