Measuring method
Equipment and raw materials: coffee, water, electronic scale
Measure coffee beans
Place the empty bowl on the electronic scale, press the "peel" button, then pour in the coffee beans until the reading reaches "30".
Measure the weight of water
Place the empty, unheated kettle on the electronic scale and press the "Tare" button to make the electronic scale read zero. Then slowly pour in the water until the reading reaches "500".
Heating, grinding, brewing
Well, now that your gouache ratio is perfect, you can start making coffee!
For beginners, it is indeed difficult to brew coffee manually, and a slight imbalance in the proportion will affect the overall taste balance of coffee, so it is necessary to form a good habit of measuring from the very beginning, and record the gouache ratio each time for future reference.
Gouache proportion table
Different brewing methods use different proportion of gouache, you need to keep trying to record their own experience, to form their own gouache ratio table.
