Introduction of coffee roasting utensils in the kitchen
There is a kind of baking called hand net baking.
The appliance is simple, and the operation process is not complicated, which can be done with a baking hand net and a gas stove.
You can bake your own coffee beans in the home kitchen, control the roasting degree of the coffee, smell the slowly escaping aroma of the coffee, and hear the crackling sound of the coffee beans.
Today we will introduce you to two roasting hand nets to help you bake coffee beans at home.
Ceramic coated hand net:
This is a roasting hand net made by NUVO Company of Korea, which can bake 50-90 grams of raw beans at a time. It is light in design and easy to operate. It is suitable for family bakers and small single-product roasting coffee shops.
At the same time, the unique ceramic coating on its surface can produce infrared light, so that coffee beans can be heated uniformly from the inside to the outside during the roasting process, changing the heating mode of heat transfer from outside to inside in the traditional metal roasting apparatus. Maximize the baking effect.
At the same time, the well-made leather handle can maximize the comfort of the handle and is not easy to get rid of.
The specific operation process is as follows:
Weigh out about 60g of coffee beans. Put two raw coffee beans into the roasting hand net, heat the roasting hand net on the heat source (gas stove flame), shake the roasting hand net, and constantly observe the coffee beans. When the coffee beans turn yellow, the temperature in the roasting hand net meets the baking requirements and can be roasted.
At this point, the coffee beans are poured into the roasting hand net and baked.
Determine the degree of baking according to your personal preference, remove the coffee beans from the roasting net at the right time and cool them.
Note that the baking hand net is to put the raw beans through the small hole, and after the baking is successful, take the coffee beans out of the handle.
Aluminum alloy hand mesh
The baking hand net is also made by NUVO Company and is made of aluminum alloy. The baking hand net has the advantages of fast preheating and good thermal conductivity, so the baking speed is relatively fast.
It is easy to clean, the top bezel can be removed for cleaning, and it is light in weight, has a long handle, is easy to hold, and does not burn during baking.
Its operation process is more or less the same as the previous roaster, except that the coffee beans need to be poured in from the upper baffle, and the baked beans need to be opened and removed.
