Cup test report:

Coffee Landia Manor, owned by the Rojas family.

Coffee has been replanted since 1900. Located in the Volcancito area of the Bockett Valley about 1450m above 1500m, it is the highest area in Panama-near the Baru volcano (3475 MASL)-and is planted with Typica,Caturra,Catuai, geisha and Pacamara. Fertile volcanic soil provides an excellent nutritional environment, good varieties and high enough altitude to ensure the slow ripening of cherries and, eventually, high-quality coffee. Coffee Landia Manor, owned by the Rojas family.

This is a very pleasant and charming flavor coffee-with a hint of grapefruit and dry aromas of berries and jasmine. The wet aroma of berries is more obvious, honey, citrus, elegant floral aromas. The cup shows a very gentle and soft sour taste, especially when the temperature drops, sweetness begins to appear, accompanied by grapefruit, citrus, grape, orange, plum fruit, wonderful floral aroma, very clean

Cup test score: 90.75
