Description:

The Louise family, which has been engaged in the coffee business for nearly a century, has always grown the best coffee in Panama. It is now run by Maria (sister) and Plinio Ruiz (brother, president of the Panama Association this year). Louise Manor is the first manor I visited during my trip to Panama. The "big" scale is my first impression of Louise Manor, especially their super-large coffee processing plant, which has a lot of advanced equipment. Therefore, some famous manors in Panama will also ask Louise Manor to help with the later processing of coffee.

From the highest point of the manor, you can see the Caribbean. Every afternoon, the sea breeze blows in, forming a subtle micro-climate, coupled with fertile volcanic soil, which makes the coffee fruit sweet and varied.

This time, Sweet House purchased a very special bourbon species from Louise Manor, and adopted a rare batch of solarization in Central and South America. Take Panama as an example, when there is only a short period of dry season after harvest, so farmers will only take the best for the sun, and of course, because coffee farmers in Panama are very United and often share their experience in making coffee, it creates a superb sun treatment process. This is a rare phenomenon in other Central and South American regions. In other words, it is difficult to find good sun-dried beans in Central and South America.

If Ethiopian sun beans are red wine, then this is whisky. The very rich and thick aroma of wine can be felt immediately at the entrance, lime, citrus, pineapple and honey. it has a completely different character from the bright Carmen sun that we launched a few days ago, and it is a first-class sun coffee that can't be missed.

What I am quite sure is that this coffee is absolutely above the bidding grade. In the past, such small batches of coffee were basically shipped back by air, but the price of air transportation is so high that half of the price may be paid by freight. In order to solve this problem, we gathered all the batches to go by sea, and vacuum packaging was used to keep the freshness from being affected.

I know you have been looking forward to the direct purchase of coffee from Panama for a long time. In order to give back to our sweet friends, this day's batch and BOP's competitive batch of Water washing Rose Summer (Geisha) co-purchase, the same 15% discount! The number is limited, sweet friends have to be quick-- "
