The parents of Xiao Gao, the owner of a table of coffee, opened a small curry shop at the end of Yanji Street, near the fourth section of Xinyi Road, and sold some ice products in summer to relieve the heat. However, because Xiao Gao's parents are old, Xiao Gao left the architectural design company and took over the small shop to continue the curry business.

However, there is fierce competition in the catering market, and it is really difficult to survive without great features. Xiao Gao is well aware of this, which has gradually taken shape in the small cafeteria "Yin Le House", which specializes in curry. Yinle House has become a must-visit attraction for Taiwan's cultural youth. Both inside and outside the shop are full of Japanese style, suitable for drinking some beer, tasting curry while enjoying wonderful jazz music. Because there are not many seats in this canteen, there are only 15 seats, so every time it is mealtime, there are always large groups of guests waiting in line outside the door.

After a while, the red bean soup shop next door to Yinle House suddenly disappeared and became a coffee shop instead. Xiao Gao said that the boss who sold red bean soup was old, so he wanted to give up the top of the store, and he finally took over. In this way, the red bean soup shop has been transformed into a "one-seat" coffee store with strong coffee aroma.

Because the "one seat" space is small, but do not want guests to think that it is a "take-out" coffee shop, so specially set up a seat in the store, just like the name of the store. Sitting in this seat, customers can choose to quietly have a cup of coffee, listen to vinyl records, or chat with the shopkeeper and exchange stories with each other.
