How to distinguish the quality of coffee in a coffee shop?

1) did they grind the beans especially for you, or did they grind them in advance?

2) is the coffee hot enough? A cup of coffee should be above 85 degrees.

4) is the foam on the latte fine enough? You shouldn't see a bubble.

2) how long has the water been boiled after running from the next pot to the upper pot? If it takes more than a minute, the coffee must be bitter and astringent.

3) how to stir the coffee after the water runs from the next pot to the upper pot? If you stir it hard or quickly, the coffee will become rough.

4) is the coffee grounds in the pot fragrant after cooking? A successful siphon pot will boil the fragrance into the coffee, and the coffee grounds are not fragrant.
