What kind of milk would you like for coffee?
Milk is very important in coffee. Many people like to add milk to coffee or coffee like latte to milk.
What kind of milk is best with coffee?
Let's start with regular coffee, which usually has vegetable fat light milk, cream light milk, coffee companion, condensed milk.
Vegetable fat light milk:
The most common coffee milk is used in McDonald's and KFC, which can make the coffee more delicious and smooth.
Creamy light milk
Similar to vegetable fat light milk, but it has a stronger milk flavor and will cover the coffee flavor, so it is not recommended to use it.
Coffee companion:
Like milk powder, because the powder will make the coffee less slippery.
Condensed milk:
It is more difficult to find on the market, it seems that only the American care brand, but the effect is the best, can bring out the fragrance of coffee slippery.
When we talk about lattes and cabs, there is more milk than coffee, so milk is very important.
I have tried several domestic brands of pure milk:
Yili / Mengniu: the taste is very bad, the milk is not delicious, and it smells bad
Nestl é: it seems that there is only food and beverage, which is a little better than Yili and has no taste.
Popular: Guangzhou's milk is a little better than Nestle.
Wei Ji: many coffee shops use it, but it is also of very general quality.
In fact, domestic milk can't compare with foreign ones. Australian milk must be used for a good latte or cabbage. Their milk has the highest milk fat content, which can make the coffee more fragrant and slippery.
Australian brands are basically very good, milk is very fragrant, and a little sweet, and does not contain food additives. Domestic milk is only suitable for QQ star. Add more fruit juice to cover the shortcoming of insufficient milk flavor.
The Australian brands I have tried are PAULS, PURE, HAVERY and GreenField, all of which are of good quality. If I open a shop, I must use Australian milk.

My coffee experience
Speaking of my first contact with coffee, I'm afraid I have to talk about it since I was a child. From the beginning of my learning, I remember that my mother would make this cup of black water. My mother grew up in East Africa, the birthplace of coffee, and didn't come back to China until she was a teenager. Coupled with the fact that my father stayed abroad when he was young, their combination made the family have a habit of drinking coffee all the time. When we were young, our mother made us milk.
