Here, many coffee trees are planted on a slope of 2200 to 2400 meters.

Such altitude conditions are of course superior to the entire Yega snow coffee producing area, so it is no wonder that excellent batches can be easily found! Coffee beans in Godibe, where small farmers run their own farms, and cherries are sent to the Kokanna processing plant for follow-up processing.

The Kokona processing plant is located in a beautiful valley, about 60 kilometers from the town of Yirgacheffe. After small farmers send selected coffee cherries to cacona, the ripe fruits are immediately moved to a high shelf for 15 to 20 days of sun treatment.

These tall scaffolding are not ordinary shelves, but the structure is designed to allow proper air circulation and temperature control, so that the whole sun drying process can achieve the best effect, so the scaffolding alone is undoubtedly an important part of the sun treatment.

Most of Godibe's coffee beans have obvious floral notes and rose fruit aromas. if they are cooked correctly, the acidity is usually mild and not bright, so they are easy to control. American coffee is already delicious.
