Casa Louise Bolina Manor
Bolina Manor was founded in 1900 by Mr.Segundo Diaz, a Colombian soldier who was sent to Panama to solve separatist problems with the army. Panama became independent as the political situation failed to change the status quo. Mr.Segundo Diaz also fell in love with this place and the girls here. Under the leadership of Mr.Jacob Boot, Bolina Manor won the first place in Best of Panama, won the championship of Best of Panama1998/1999 in a row, and also won the first place of SCAA-Cupping Pavilion in 2000. The coffee tree species of Bolina Manor are mainly ancient tin card species, and they make coffee beans have a varied and rich experience through different treatments. Sun beans have the taste of strawberry, wine meal, drupe and black cocoa. Washing exudes the aroma of grapefruit, nuts and black sugar, but honey treatment has the flavor of dried fruit, almond and black tea.
