The Solkiln method eliminates the effects of the humid environment common in Panama on coffee by artificially creating a microenvironment in which temperature and humidity can be finely controlled. Lotus SK breaks the usual experience of imitating Ethiopian washing or solarization, as well as the impression of the basic flavor of Rosa Rosa.
