Fazenda Alta Vista is located in the town of Cristina in the Carmo region of southern Brazil, where Robson Vilela bought 84 hectares of land in 2001 to start his coffee business. When I participated in the COE competition for the first time in 2007, I won the seventh place! What is more special is that a lot of bananas are cross-planted in the manor, which can also be used as a shade for coffee in addition to economic benefits. Due to the drought in Brazil in 2014, these banana trees played a protective role and ensured the quality and yield of coffee in the coming year.

The town of Carmo de Minas has beautiful scenery. In the south of Sul de Minas, Brazil, the geographical situation is unique. The soil is rich in minerals and volcanic rocks, has natural gas mineral springs with excellent water quality and various ingredients, and even set up a bubble mineral spring park. The changeable microclimate makes the high-quality coffee in this area the main producing area of Brazilian high-quality beans. It is also Brazil's annual COE Cup, which should be the small region that has won the most prizes. The town of Carmo de Minas also holds Best of Carmo de Minas's independent coffee competition every year, which can be called the "CoE Top 10" competition in Brazil, because almost all the contestants belong to CoE winning estates, and there is no lack of winners of Top 10, even champions, which shows the importance of the status of Carmo de Minas as a producing area. Fazenda Alta Vista is owned by the Robson Vilela family. He bought 84 hectares of land in 2001 and began growing coffee in 2004. The first harvest was in 2007. The 84-hectare coffee estate is considered a small estate locally. Because of its ideal natural conditions, altitude, foggy climate and fertile soil, Carmo de Minas has an annual rainfall of 1850 mm and an average annual temperature of 18 degrees C.

In 2015, Camominas Cooperative began to carry out the "innovative Flavor treatment" project with several national coffee farmers, respectively in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Bolivia, with teams participating in Brazil and Nicaragua. Before last year's (2014) Excellence Cup, we had intensive cup testing of works at three different times and patterns. After the competition was announced, including the runner-up, all came from this project. The innovative flavor method uses low temperature whole fruit impregnation, and then low density drying for a long time. When used in different producing areas and treatment methods, it will be adjusted on the basis of high quality flavor. Sometimes a small step must be tested repeatedly to determine the subsequent action and study the impact on quality and flavor.

This batch of Gao King Manor Huang Bourbon and the previously delivered Pereira Sister Manor are all from the innovation project. The farm will make the first screening, and after the fruit is transported back to the manor directly under the processing plant, it will be placed directly in the cold spring water for 15 hours. Let her do the slow development of the first stage after harvest. In the morning of 15 hours, the coffee fruit will be removed, placed directly in the African scaffolding, and the thin layer will be low-density air-dried. This process takes 14 days. After 14 days, check the dryness of the fruit and store it in the warehouse. To this batch of Gaojing Manor this batch of yellow bourbon, the front section has a unique apple flavor, the middle and back section of very sweet hazelnut chocolate with maple syrup sweet, quite unique and delicious!

'Yellow bourbon v.s honey treatment! Brazilian boutique coffee has evolved the taste of orange and apricot, with soft and sweet acidity and rich taste, with sweet flavors of hazelnut, chocolate and maple syrup in the middle and back.
