▲ Café Rivense del Chirripó is a self-owned processing plant of the Ureña Rojas family. The raw beans are processed 100% by sunlight and dried without the aid of a dryer. The family currently owns four manors, all of which are micro-manors of less than 10 hectares, with less production and easier slow work.
