Brazil Daterra (Datra Manor) Sweet Collection (Sweet Confluence)
Daterra (Datra Manor) is located in the Cerrado region of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais (Minas), with an average height of about 1200 meters, a stable climate of 25 degrees Celsius and shade planting in the rainforest to produce high-quality Arabica coffee beans. In addition to having a favorable growing environment, the farm's emphasis on rainforest / water and ecological protection, as well as labor rights, has made the farm's coffee beans certified by four international organizations.
Datra Manor was founded in 1974 in PATROCINIO, MINAS. At the beginning, it mainly planted avocados and cattle, but only began to grow coffee in the 1980s. Compared with the history of other Brazilian coffee farms, Datra is a young manor, so the planting management is also relatively scientific and technological.
Datra has six coffee estates (Boa Vista,Sao Joao,Tabuoe,Santo Antonio,Santo Buriti,Santo Ignacio) in Hirado and Mojiana coffee producing areas. Datra divides the planting into 2816 small plots, planting different coffee tree species according to altitude and conditions, and providing a variety of mixed bean products. In addition, Datra Manor also participates in the project of international organizations to continuously study the improvement of coffee growing environment and the quality of coffee beans, and spare no effort in the complete coffee education. So it's quite famous!
This sweet confluence Sweet Collection is one of Datra's many mixed bean products and is a mixture of four kinds of raw beans (yellow bourbon Yellow Burbon/ Kaddura Caturra/ New World mondo Novo/ Ikatu Icatu). Datella has dozens of beans, most of which are formula beans, and this Sweet Collection is also the winner of the 2006 World Fancy Coffee Competition, Mr. Klaus Thomsen has been used with Costa Rica's La Minita coffee.
