What I would like to introduce to you today is the coffee beans from the producing area of Guatemala / Mini Tenanguo.

Why is this producing area special?

Because it is one of the few producing areas located on the plateau (the highest elevation is 2000 Meter), but it is not a volcanic area.

The soil is limestone. Not volcanic ash soil.

According to theory, in the plateau area, there will be frost damage at night, which is really detrimental to coffee bean production.

But because of the warm wind from Mexico, this area has become the best coffee producing area in Guatemala in recent years.

Although Guatemala is not the top country in the coffee market, the tiny Tenango region has been loved by many coffee lovers and professional bean bakers in recent years.

Treatment method: EP treatment is adopted, which refers to the first step of screening and removing impurities and poor quality raw beans after harvest and before treatment.

This coffee bean has a complex and mellow taste with obvious floral and fruity aromas.

The smell of flowers and fruits is refreshing and refreshing.

The dry aroma is as sweet as blackcurrant, but it is not so obvious in terms of spice, and the performance is stable.

After drinking, the aroma of caramel and glycol emerge. As the temperature drops slightly, the acidity of the fruit makes the taste more delicate. This unique fruit flavor makes Vivette Nango one of the favorite coffee products in the East.

Coffee taste description: blackcurrant, cream, malt, maple syrup, almonds, dark chocolate

Guatemala Vivette Nanguo Spring Guatemala HHT Primavera

Over the years, Huehuetenango has been a very well-known and popular coffee producing area in Guatemala. Coffee generally grows at an altitude of more than 1500 meters. Coffee generally has a high mellowness and rich acid performance. After many visits to Guatemala, coffee finally launched a new single product of Guatemala Vivette Nan fruit-Guatemala Primavera Spring. As the Vivette South fruit producing area is remote, most coffee farmers are small-scale farmers. In order to maintain the stability of product flavor and quality, we use the mixed harvest method to select small coffee farmers from around the San Pedro Necta producing area.

San Pedro Necta producing area is located about three hours' drive west of Vivette Nanguo town. It has always been one of the best producing areas in Vivette Nanguo town. The elevation of high mountains in the producing area is between 1400 and 1800m, so the temperature difference between day and night is quite large, which creates the unique growth conditions and rich micro-climate environment of coffee in this area. In addition, the mountains are also full of clean and adequate river water to supply farmers as a source of water washing treatment.
