Colombia Inza Asorcafe Coop.
Brief introduction
Selection of Insa Cooperative of Colombia
Asociaci ó n de Productores de Cafe del Oriente Caucano, referred to as ASORCAFE, is located in Popay á n, the capital of Cauca, and has 400 small farmers, mainly in Inza (Insa). There is no shortage of CoE competition winning estates among Asorcafe members, including the second runner-up in 20005. Popayan is not only the provincial capital, but also a dry disposal site. Farmers usually go to the city to pay for beans, get cash or buy supplies. Insa has to go east from Popayan and cross 3500 Michael's Andes Mountain to arrive. It is about 100km from Popayan, and the mountain road is undulating. It takes three hours to cross the Andes.
This batch of Insa is selected from Asocafe coffee farmers, with an average planting area of less than two hectares and an annual production capacity of less than 50 bags. Through the cooperative model, you can select better batches and sell them directly to customers at a good price. For bean bakers, you can select reliable quality and establish a dialogue model, that is, to establish a purchasing platform through cup evaluation and observation of harvest.
The fine products in Inza often have rich aroma, apple, plum, black sugarcane, rich sweetness and full grease touch.
Special deep baking (M1) is provided to gluttons who like rich taste, the number is limited!
