Costa Rica Caf é s Sin Limites Villa Sarch í

Brief introduction

2017 Costa Rican Infinite Manor Yellow Honey deals with the new arrival of Verasa!

Cafe Sin L í mites We turned her into an infinite manor, which is good to remember and she has also won the excellent Cup competition over the years!

We have been purchasing unlimited manor batches since 2006, including the famous washing runner-up batches and the honey-treated micro-batches that made glutton more amazing after 2013!

Her washing Villa Sachi is the main reason for the reputation of Unlimited Manor. Please refer to the historical materials we purchased at that time:

The Unlimited Manor was founded by Jose Jaime Cardinal Rojas and two sisters of the family, Maibel Barrantes Z ú ñ iga and Kattia Barrantes Z ú ñ iga. Seven years ago, the sisters raised money to set up a micro washing plant that has always operated, and only deals with coffee harvested by their own family. Caf é Sin L í mites, which was founded in 2005, is a large investment for them, so why set up it? Jose's explanation is: if you want to pay attention to the quality of coffee, you must give full consideration to it, from the beginning of harvest to the completion of processing and grading, and the whole process is related to quality! If you just send the harvested cherries to the cooperative for help, you will not be able to do what you want during the peak harvest season! Therefore, in order to produce high-quality coffee, he found family members to build this micro-processing plant, and named it: infinite Manor!

After taking over all the post-harvest processing and carefully controlling each stage, the Unlimited Manor won the 13th place in the first Costa Rica CoE National Competition in 2007. During the rematch review, I paid considerable attention to this sample, thinking that she should actually have the strength of Top 10. Of course, after announcing the award list, I found that she was the manor we had already purchased. Naturally, I was very excited. Sure enough, in the 2008 CoE contest. Infinite Coffee rose sharply in the rankings and won the runner-up in the National Competition!

Usually before the CoE awards ceremony, the shortlisted coffee farmers are invited to talk with the international judges. Since they tested unlimited coffee samples in 2006, when they attended the judges in 2007, the farmers talked a lot with Jose after the competition, and he joked that if you won the prize, you would earn it because it belonged to the same harvest.

Here are the photos I took for Kattia and Maibel Barrantes Z ú ñ iga during the round table meeting of coffee farmers (the one standing in white on the left and the one standing on the right)

Infinite Manor is located in the Orange County area of the western valley. We have visited Orange County many times since 2002, and several good beans from the Western Valley or Orange County are introduced every year. Yerba, which was introduced at the same time as Infinite Coffee last year, is about to be on the shelves. Welcome to compare the similarities and differences between the flavor and last year, and please wait a moment.
