One day in April in China, without warning, the temperature suddenly reached 25 degrees, which made me have the illusion that I was in Taiwan, thinking that there was still a bag of Brazilian Santos coffee beans that had not yet been tried, just suitable for playing with iced coffee.
I have drunk a Brazilian "Cerrado" that can be drunk separately before, but I still think that the coffee beans made in Brazil are more suitable for making mixed coffee. For example, once I saw that there were just 10 grams of roasted Sumatran manning coffee left, which was not enough for two people, and there happened to be Brazilian Syrador coffee on the shelf, so let's have an one-to-one mix. Sure enough, it tastes richer and a little bitter. it's nice to have a mix once in a while.
Since you want to play ice drops, you still have to bake coffee beans first, and because it is medium-deep baking, you have to wait for a long time to raise beans, so this day has finally come!
It is said that ice drop coffee was invented by the Dutch. I think the most likely reason is that the weather is so bad that I suddenly thought of using ice water to extract coffee bar XD. Although I returned all my physics and chemistry to my junior high school teacher, anyway, the principle of ice drop coffee is to make use of the compatibility between coffee and water. Ice water falls bit by bit into the filter of coffee powder, which is slowly moistened and extracted. Don't forget to soak the coffee powder with cold water before you start the ice drops.
The powder-water ratio of ice drop coffee is also very important. I tried it twice: the first powder-to-water ratio was 1:10 and the second powder-to-water ratio was 1:15. When you taste it, you don't feel any difference in taste. You may have to store it in the refrigerator for a few days and let the coffee ferment slowly, right? Come and keep it for a few more days next time.
