The purchasing company of the producing area buys the red coffee fruit directly from the farmer, and immediately removes the pulp of the coffee and takes out the PARCHMENT. Then wash the PARCHMENT in a small sink. (The purpose is to remove impurities from PARCHMENT, about 1- 2 minutes). After washing, the beans are sun-dried and shipped directly to export companies in Medan. Then the export company will be the beans after two days of sun, shelling. Because the moisture content of the beans after treatment is still as high as 40%, it must be reduced to 12.5% by solar drying.

After fully dried beans must be treated by specific gravity, air volume and screen selection, the SILVER SKIN, adzuki beans, defective beans, foreign matter will be taken out, and finally hand-picked treatment to achieve the highest level of GOLD TOP MANDHELING.
