Guatemala-Flower God (La Flor del)
La Flor del Cafe
It literally means "Coffee Flower". It comes from the high altitude in the center of the volcanic area of Antigua. In particular, La Flor del Cafe is provided by the famous Costa Rican "La Minita" estate with the highest standard of planting and processing technology, and directly sends special personnel to Guatemala to participate in quality control. And commissioned Antigua District's largest and best-equipped Bastol washing plant (Pastores mill) to do a high standard of post-harvest treatment, so it is not surprising that this bean has an extraordinary excellent performance!
During grinding, it blossoms with the unique floral aroma and full fruit sweetness of high-altitude excellent coffee. Sipping the entrance, it first displays the fragrance and sweetness of citrus and mulberry fruit tea, which is more sweet than the beans in Huehuetenango, which is famous for its fruity aroma. Light roasted to show bright and clean fruit acid, similar to Yirgacheffe floral aroma and red wine finish, as well as a very light tobacco flavor. The complexity is high and the taste (body) is moderately thin. The flavor is very different from the common Antigua volcanic area coffee. It is difficult to find similar high-quality Antigua coffee beans in the boutique coffee market, with such a strong floral flavor and refreshing non-sticky taste. Raminita Manor provides technical support!
Huashen belongs to the brand beans of Laminita Group, whose language is La Flor del Cafe, produced by Las Pastores beneficio, a well-known processing plant in Antigua.
(2007), in the sack riding seam, all cars have La Minita tags to declare [sovereignty], and show that for a bean under the group, at least, the handling and quality control of raw beans is definitely the best choice, and the rest can only pray for more help from the micro-climate of that year.
Antigua, the most famous of the seven largest producing areas in Guatemala, is mainly due to the fact that coffee is grown at elevations in volcanic areas and high terrain, and unlike other producing areas, which are more or less blown by sea breeze or high humidity air in the Great Lakes region, Antigua's unique micro-geography forms its unique flavor:
(1) Multi-functional volcanic fertile soil: there are three major volcanoes Acatenango in Antigua (at present, this volcano is the eighth producing area of Guatemala), Fuego and Agua Volcanoes. Among them, Fuego- is an active volcano, and its active ability brings to the coffee area of Antigua in addition to the fertile fiery soil, as well as unique volcanic pumice. She is the coolant after the eruption of volcanic magma, has the properties of porosity and thermal insulation, and is very suitable for moisturizing in the soil, because Antigua is the seven major producing areas with the least rainfall, coffee growth needs enough water, and the moisturizing capacity of volcanic pumice here happens to make up for the lack of rainfall. At the same time, the growing coffee fruit has a unique flavor of the producing area.
(2) High-density shading trees: in addition to shading, it can also prevent frost damage and form a unique microclimate. Due to the cold night, there will be occasional frost damage in the Andigua area from December to February, when the high-density shading trees will exert their effectiveness. avoid coffee frost, at the same time, the groundwater level in Andigua area is not deep, these shade trees are easy to absorb water and form a micro climate suitable for plant growth with the surrounding coffee trees.
(3) the sharp temperature difference between day and night is of great help to the sweetness and unique flavor of coffee berries.
(4) High altitude: for coffee trees growing at high altitude, the beans are hard, the aroma of coffee is higher and the flavor is more prominent.
Huashen is produced by this processing factory of Las Pastores, and the brand belongs to Raminita Group. Under the control of raw beans and cup testing by quality control personnel, Huashen has established a set of strict procedures from purchasing cherry fruits to washing, sun drying and drying, and should also follow Raminita's famous strict selection procedure for raw beans. Finally enjoy a certain reputation under the quality control requirements and monitoring of La Minita.
