About Inza
This Colombian Inza mixed bean comes from the town of San Antonio (Vereda San Antonio) and comes mainly from a number of small coffee farmers. The coffee is washed, and local coffee farmers often use old manual peeling machines, using the same tank for fermentation and washing, and then dry the raw beans on a paved elevated bed.
Insa district is located in Cauca, southwest of Columbia. on the way from the town of La Plata to Insa, it will follow the banks of the Paez River and eventually cross the drawbridge to the village where the coffee is produced. Like most parts of Colombia, Cauca province has many high-altitude coffee farms, some approaching 2000 meters, while this coffee is planted between 1600 and 2000 meters above sea level. When traders select the mixed beans in this area, they first test the coffee beans of each farm, pick out the parts that meet the criteria, and then mix them into the final batch.
