It is good to be able to maintain stable quality.
Sun Dumesol is an item I buy every year. It is mainly used as the base of shallow baking Espresso formula, followed by daily cooking. During the first test the year before last, I thought the fermented flavor was a little heavier, but the purple berry aroma, cherry acid, and chocolate-like texture were all quite attractive, especially after the explosion, the sweetness increased, and it tasted a bit like liquid Black Forest Cake.
