Flavor introduction: flower scent, honey, cream, corn

In the Colombian coffee bean system, Supremo is the highest grade, while the preferred Excelso is smaller and more common. Colombian coffee beans have a balanced flavor, rich taste, unique flavor and relatively full body, with a touch of vanilla and dark chocolate on the flavor when roasted moderately.

The Colombian coffee trademark is owned by the Colombian National Coffee producers Association (FNC) and is certified for Colombian coffee quality and its producing areas. Founded in 1927, FNC is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving Colombian coffee farmers and is the only professional guild in Colombia that represents official coffee. FNC's main responsibilities include promoting the brand image of Colombian coffee around the world and supervising the quality of each grain of coffee exported from Colombia. Due to rampant diseases and insect pests, Costa Rican experts had to cultivate stronger new varieties, and in 2005, they finally released Castillo, which is resistant to leaf rust and rotten fruit disease, in honor of Dr. Dr. JamesCasti-llo. Based on Colombia, Castillo was backcrossed and selected with Caturra until the tenth generation of F10. It was not only resistant to leaf rust, but also resistant to fruit rot, and the flavor was more elegant.

Colombian boutique coffee is mostly from the southern region, of which Huila's good mountain and good water is the most famous boutique area, which has won the Cup Test Championship of the American Fine Coffee Association many times in recent years. The boutique coffee varieties produced by Vera are mainly Kaddura and Tibica, and the taste spectrum has obvious sour and sweet fruit taste, which is suitable for all kinds of roasting degree. Vera's boutique coffee is the winner of the international cup test, and local coffee farmers think it should have something to do with the frequent volcanic activity near the Vera producing area and the release of fertile volcanic ash.

Huila province is located in western Colombia. Coffee grows on the slopes of the canyons formed by the western seaside mountains and the eastern mountains. The town of St. Augustine (San Augustino) is of the best quality because of the Los Nalenhos River, which is home to butterflies and wind birds with its scenic banks and large areas of flowers and birds, and this area is also home to good coffee in Colombia. The fine coffee beans produced by many small farmers in this producing area have the characteristics of the flavor of the producing area. In recent years, with the attention to the quality of coffee and the demand for fine coffee in the international market, we have changed to micro-batches (Micro-regionalselections) provided by small farmers in micro-production areas, where dozens of small farmers provide their unit harvest into a micro-batch to sell. Quality control will be better, and there is also a better opportunity to select many high-quality small farmers' coffee in specific micro-producing areas through batch-by-batch cup testing.
