Product name: cup test 94 points Ethiopia washed Yega Xuefei G1 Kongjasade village

(Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga Sede washed G1)

Introduction:

The village of Konga Kebele is 4km south of Yirgacheffe, and the aborigines of the local tribe are Konga Sede. There are 5, 000 small-scale coffee farmers and 10 water treatment plants. Each treatment plant has an average export of 40 UV 50 containers, with an average of 470 employees. The village of Kongjia (Konga Kebele) is next door to Harfusa and Biloya. Kong watered coffee features a strong citrus flavor, accompanied by pear and walnut fruit aromas.

This batch of coffee is produced by the aborigines of the local tribes in the village of Konga Kebele, which is produced by the Konga Sede coffee growers, is produced by the Alemayehu Yirdaw processing plant, and is sold publicly by the Commodity Exchange (ECX), the highest grade G1. These small-scale coffee farmers cultivate an average of less than 1.25ha of coffee at an altitude of about 1800 to 2100 meters above sea level. The coffee varieties are mainly local eugenic ancient native species (Heirloom). These small coffee farmers also assist through the member organizations of the cooperative to provide guidance and advice on coffee harvest, production and other procedures, so as to increase production and improve quality, so that their farmers can avoid exploitation by purchasers at low prices. When the economy is in trouble, it can also provide loan assistance, which is very positive for farmers and coffee production.

There are eight major producing areas in Ethiopia: Ekempti, Limu, Illubabor, Djimma, Harrar,

Teppi/Bebeka 、 Sidamo 、 Yirgacheffe .

Yirgacheffe is located in the Gedeo region of southern Ethiopia. The jurisdiction of this area is well known as Yegashefi and Kochere. As the coffee produced by Yirgacheffe has a unique flavor and is widely loved, it has its own style in product classification and has always occupied a place in the global boutique coffee market. Yirgacheffe, in the province of Sidama, is itself a small town, with three small producing areas of Wenago, Kochere and Gelena Abaya nearby. Because the flavor of coffee produced is almost the same as that of Yega Sheffield, Kochere is also classified as Yega Sheffield. Ethiopia implemented a new trading and grading system in November 2009, with the establishment of the Commodity Exchange (ECX), through which coffee and other agricultural products were made public by this official institution, in addition to Yega Xuefei, three new by-product areas such as Wenago, Kochere and Genlena Abaya were added, which shows that the flavor of these three areas is so detailed that it can be subdivided.
