The village of Tore in Yegashefi is located in the Borena Zone, the southernmost part of the Oromia State in southern Ethiopia, bordering Kenya at its southern end.

The village's Tore Wet Mill has been in operation since 2009 and currently has four coffee cherry gathering points in the village, where 750 - 800 registered local farmers hand in coffee cherries grown at an altitude of about 1,750 - 1,950 meters.

From November 1 of each year to January 15 of the next year is the harvest period of coffee cherries. The annual processing capacity of the processing plant is five containers of washed beans and five containers of sun-dried beans. Before the coffee cherries in the Toll washing plant are processed, manual cherry selection is added to ensure high quality output.

The drying time of water-washed beans is 10~12 days, and that of sun-dried beans is 15~18 days. Each batch of green beans is sorted in units of 150 bags of 60 kg green beans per truck shipment.
