For the first time

The second time
In the second brewing, I remember to take off the smart filter pot, but the hand pot is still stuck in circles.

After pouring into the 242cc water, soak for 71 seconds and extract the 195cc coffee.
This time there is no bitter taste, more fruit acid taste, so this time ranked second in four times.
The fourth time
The fourth coffee powder 15 grams of coffee powder, the water temperature of the hand pot is 87 degrees, first order water to the smart filter pot soak for 30 seconds, then continue to pour water, this time pour more water than the third time, pour into 250cc water, soak for 90 seconds, extract 195cc coffee.
The taste of this drink is close to my favorite taste, there is no bitter taste, the fruit sour taste is more obvious, this brewing ranks first in my heart, but there is still room for improvement, in view of drinking so much at once, I decided to adjust it next time and find the best taste.
