What are the characteristics of manning coffee? how much is the cheapest manning coffee?
Some people say that Manning coffee is the coffee beans produced in Sumatra? We do not have such a simple definition. For coffee lovers, Mantenin coffee refers to Sumatran Arabica coffee treated by wet peeling, this special wet peeling method (wet-hulled). After preliminary washing and then one or two days of exposure, the moisture content of raw beans is still 30%, 50%, that is, peeling off the seed shell before continuing to dry, in order to shorten the drying schedule of raw beans. After about 2 days of drying, the moisture content of raw coffee beans can be reduced to 13%.
Please note that this special wet peeling method (wet-hulled) is easy to mildew raw beans, so the commercial grade Mantenin is not recommended to eat. Protruding nose has also tried to use the more economical Mantenin G1 as an entry product, although it is marked as Grade1, which is the highest grade according to the raw bean standards of other countries, but the bad bean rate of Mantenin G1 is still quite high for Indonesia (close to 10%). As a result, the cost of picking beans is too high, we decided to choose high-grade gold mantenin, or better emerald mantenin as our product.
The following picture shows the Manning G1 defective beans, it is easy to have the whole moldy defective beans different from other coffee defective beans.

The Best of Mantenin-Lake Tawa Lake Tawar Emerald Manning
Lake Tawa is located in the Gayo mountains north of Aceh province in Sumatra; across Indonesia on both sides of the equator, coffee lovers must know that Mantenin produced by Aceh province is of the best grade. The humid tropical rain forest climate in this area is rich in rainfall, and the fertile volcanic loam soil brings rich nutrients to coffee. However, due to the remote location and inconvenient transportation, coffee did not begin to be planted until 1924, and most of them adopted organic cultivation with traditional shade and no pesticides. Mantenin raw beans produced in Lake Tawa are green and have been hand-picked three times in the country of origin. the beans are large (19 mesh +) and clean and neat, like carefully carved gems.
This kind of high-quality raw bean, cup test can reach 93 points, combined with protruding nose fresh baking technology, baking in the shallow can fully demonstrate the excellent characteristics of the top Manning.
