If you cook in a gas stove at home, use an iron frame to separate the space for the fire to heat.

At first, turn on the fire so that the fire is heated evenly at the bottom of the pot (but don't let the fire cover the pot)

As soon as the coffee comes up, turn to a low heat (the fire is concentrated in the middle of the bottom of the pot) and let the rest of the coffee slowly go up.

When the coffee is cooked, it will make a sound like this, and the coffee will be cooked, and the golden yellow on it is the fat of the coffee.

It really smelled good when it was first cooked.

Basically, it only takes 1-2 minutes to make coffee, so don't leave the gas stove for too long.
