Explanation: founded in 1980, the manor is a small and medium-sized farm, located in a steep mountain terrain of 1500 meters. Vasquez's enthusiasm and persistence in growing coffee is now run by his son and grandson, and the owner is now a member of the Guatemalan Nature Conservation Society. The farm has planted cypress, fruit trees and other woodlands of various local trees to shade coffee trees. The farm is rich in water resources. Coffee beans picked by hand are washed and treated with natural water, and stored in a wooden warehouse after the coffee bed in the courtyard is dried and dried by the sun. The Vasquez family strictly controls quality management, using a series of control systems from picking to processing, marking all coffee beans from production to export, making the production chain transparent and traceable.

The coffee produced is sold to well-known cafes all over the world, and has won high praise and awards in international competitions.
