El Salvador FincaGuayabo Chocolate Lover Manor
It is a farm located in the Santa Ana volcanic area of Salvador, with an altitude of 1300~1500 meters. On the mountainside of the volcanic belt, there is sufficient moisture and many micro-climates, which create the coffee grown here. The flavor is very delicate. The farm is mainly Bourbon and stretches all over the mountainside. Because the original forest in this area is quite complete, there are often birds, reptiles and other wild animals visiting the coffee garden nearby.
The coffee beans are mainly presented in different ways. The farm owner uses 50% honey treatment and 50% washing method to blend this chocolate lover, single orrigin coffee in El Salvador. With 100% Bourbon variety, with different processing methods, the whole coffee flavor is more layered and the taste is very rich. Here honey treatment is carried out by transporting coffee beans to a honey treatment plant at an altitude of about 800 meters. The advantage of processing at lower altitudes is that it is not easy to get clouds, sunshine is abundant, ultraviolet rays are strong, and coffee beans can absorb enough heat. It gives coffee a very good aroma. Here honey treatment of coffee, can be in a very short time, so that coffee drying, flavor can be more solid presentation. The washing principle is to use the abundant water resources in this area to make the coffee appear clean and taste.
Mixed with 50% honey treatment and 50% washing, it makes a single orrigin coffee with great characteristics, which is the flavor that this farm wants to express. Because this coffee is full of chocolate, cocoa, stone fruit tonality, the whole thickness is very smooth, suitable for the way to roast, to present this coffee its unique chocolate flavor, so we specially named it "chocolate lover" series.
Because the farm owner loves this land, he uses a jungle planting method, retaining many native tree species as shade trees, which also provides a suitable habitat for wildlife, which is a manifestation of goodwill to the earth's environment. The manor also cares about the lives of farmers and distributes bonuses to farmers at different festivals to help them live better.
