Of the 23 beans on the list in the COE contest, 17 came from Tarasu.

TrsRios, English "thrrivrs", also known as "Sanshui River", has the fertile soil created by the Irazu volcano, located north of the capital San Jose, about 12km away.

White honey treatment: remove 90% of the mucous membrane, open and dry, taste pure, taste balanced

Golden honey treatment: 75-80% removal of mucous membrane, fresh taste, full citrus flavor

Yellow honey treatment: remove 50% of the mucous membrane, strong flower fragrance, with apricot flavor.

Red honey treatment: remove 20-25% of the mucous membrane, taste sweet, taste as silky as syrup

Black honey treatment: retain all the mucous membrane, close and dry, coffee beans will ferment in the drying process, sweet taste, mellow thickness, with deep fruit aroma
