What is the treatment of golden honey in Sanhe producing area of Costa Rica? Variety and planting environment? Is it good to cook?
Costa Rica, the happiest country in the world, is also known as the Switzerland of Latin America, because it is the only country without an army and the most developed country in Central and South America.
It is bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the south and the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean to the east and west.
The plains are mostly distributed along the coast, with many mountains in the middle and a number of volcanoes.

At present, it is divided into 8 major producing areas, Brunca,Turrialba,TrsRios,Orosi,Tarrazu,CntralVally,WstrnVally,Guanacast.
Tarrazu and TrsRios are the most famous. It is called the Bordeaux of Costa Rica (CostaRica'sBordaux).
Tarrazu, commonly translated as Tarasu, is located in the province of San Jose where the capital is located, and the SanMarcos and SantaMaria areas under its jurisdiction are important boutique coffee producing areas southeast of the capital San Jose. Of the 23 beans on the list in the COE contest, 17 came from Tarasu.
TrsRios, English "thrrivrs", also known as "Sanshui River", has the fertile soil created by the Irazu volcano, located north of the capital San Jose, about 12km away.

There are 5 kinds of common honey treatments.
White honey treatment: remove 90% of the mucous membrane, open and dry, taste pure, taste balanced
Golden honey treatment: 75-80% removal of mucous membrane, fresh taste, full citrus flavor
Yellow honey treatment: remove 50% of the mucous membrane, strong flower fragrance, with apricot flavor.
Red honey treatment: remove 20-25% of the mucous membrane, taste sweet, taste as silky as syrup
Black honey treatment: retain all the mucous membrane, close and dry, coffee beans will ferment in the drying process, sweet taste, mellow thickness, with deep fruit aroma
