Introduction to CREMA Klima

CREMA Coffee training Institute began in 2005, formerly known as the Coffee Salon training Center, and retain its main team. There are training stations in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen respectively. After more than a decade of steady development, CREMA Coffee training institutions have trained nearly 6,000 trainees, and more than 500 students have successfully opened stores, and many of them are working in different fields in the coffee industry.

CREMA Coffee training institutions have students from all over the country, even from Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regions. CREMA coffee training institutions continue to strengthen exchanges with foreign countries and improve their own professional level. Trainers and students of CREMA coffee training center have achieved excellent results many times in participating in various competitions such as domestic and foreign baristas.

In 2014, CREMA introduced IIAC (International Association of Coffee connoisseurs) and IBS (Italian Barista School) certification courses from Italy to bring coffee back to its roots and let more people know about authentic Italian coffee. After two years of efforts, with the support of the majority of students and peers, it officially became the IIAC China headquarters and the IBS China headquarters in April and October 2016, respectively.

In the course of training, in order to continuously improve the quality of raw materials and equipment for training, CREMA Coffee training Center worked closely with many major international brands, including French MONIN syrup, American iWhipple Water purification system, Italian Lavazza Coffee, Yuanzhen (the world's largest coffee equipment accessories manufacturer), Italian Nuova Coffee Machine, WEGA Coffee Machine and Bean Mill.
