Santa Teresa Manor is located in the small production area of Dipilto, owned by the famous coffee family-the Joaquin Lovo family.

Starting with the first 1.2-hectare coffee farm about 50 years ago, three estates have been developed.

Mainly planted Kaddura and Huang Kaduai two varieties and adopted the environment-friendly shade cultivation.

From cultivation to harvest and subsequent washing treatment, it is in the hands of others to master all aspects of the production of excellent coffee, so it has won numerous awards since Nicaragua began to hold COE competitions-a total of six awards have been won in the COE competition in the past 10 years.
