Coffee for beginners
Recalling that it was mid-summer in 2007, I met Mr. Shen, a "coffee fanatic" from Taiwan, under the introduction of Zi Zi. Later, I was fortunate to become his colleague. After sitting down, I chatted with several friends who came to his house. Soon, Mr. Shen put a cup of black coffee in front of me. "it smells good, but I don't know if it will be bitter." I blurted out. He said, "try and say again." I answered, picked up the coffee and sent it to my mouth. "it's so bitter," I thought. I held back and stopped the bitter expression I was about to show. He said that the first sip is not usually accurate, because before drinking coffee, our tongues are in the state of the last taste, which can also be called "sleep state." at this time, the coffee is bound to react to overreaction, so you still have to take a second sip, and the third sip can only be considered the most accurate. I did, but it was really "bitter". Mr. Shen seemed to notice it, too, so he talked to me about coffee. Later, I know that what I drink is not bitter but mellow and sweet, which is the delicacy of coffee!

It usually takes a year for coffee to grow to harvest, and then it can be harvested once a year. The original coffee shows the color and the reality of the color on the table. The fruit that turns pale after the pulp has been removed is the coffee raw bean. Come here.

Some thoughts about coffee dissipate in the new knowledge. I began to be a little fascinated. Mr. Shen was a good judge of speech and said, "Don't do anything else now, so make coffee with me." when I was at the crossroads of my career, I meditated for a moment and began my coffee journey.
