Janson Coffee Farm Coffee Farm is located in Panama's Barun Volcano volcano area, 1350 to 1700 meters above sea level. This is owned and run by the family.
Jansons focuses on producing super Arabica coffee beans from geisha, caturra, catuai and pacamara. The farm is sustainable, and mountain spring water is used for washing and processing methods, and managed with an ecological conscience. The large terrace is used for natural drying.
We use geisha's best pulp to produce cascara tea and the rest of the pulp for composting. Dry parchment is used as a fuel for desiccant. Conservation is the focus of all farm operations; all of our energy comes from solar panels.
At present, we continue to master the art of making special natural coffee.
The goal and focus of Jansons Manor is to obtain high-quality professional batches for coffee lovers.
