Major coffee producing countries
Brazil
Brazil is the world's most important coffee producing area, the total output accounts for 1/3 of the world, Brazil has 10 states producing coffee beans, because of geographical and weather differences, the quality is inevitably mixed, so Brazil coffee beans are divided into NO.1~NO.3, Screen18, Screen19, in order to keep the quality clean and unchanged, processing roasting can also have a better effect. Brazilian coffee aroma, acid, alcohol are moderate, bitter light, known for smooth taste. Among all kinds of Brazilian coffee varieties, Santos Coffee is more famous. Santos Coffee is also called Bourbon Santos. Bourbon Santos is of good quality, round in the mouth, with a moderate acidity and a strong sweetness. Bourbon Santos is considered to be an essential ingredient in making coffee.
:: Colombia
Colombia is the world's second-largest coffee producer, producing 12 percent of the world's total, after Brazil, and the No. 1 producer of "Colombian Mild." Colombia coffee trees are planted in the highlands, cultivated area is not large, in order to facilitate the care of the harvest. After harvest, coffee beans are treated by washing (wet) refining. Colombia coffee beans are clean and can be called standard beans among coffee beans. Colombia coffee bean shape on the large side, with light green, has a special thick flavor, with rich strange spray aroma widely favored. The taste is sour with sweet, low bitterness, with the difference of baking level, can lead to multi-layered flavor. Medium baking brings out the sweetness of the beans, with a spicy acidity and bitterness; deep baking increases the bitterness, but the sweetness does not disappear much. Generally speaking, moderate to deep roasting will make the taste strong and personalized, not only can it be drunk as a single item, but also suitable for assimilation coffee.
:: Mantenin
Indonesia is a big coffee producer. Coffee is mainly grown in Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi, with the ROBUSTA species accounting for 90% of total production. Mantenin is one of the few ARABICA species. Mantenin particles are larger, the bean quality is very hard, the proportion of defects in the planting process is high, after harvest, it is usually selected manually, such as the unsightly control process is not strict enough, the quality is easily mixed, and the baking level difference also directly affects the taste, so it becomes a controversial single product. Before Blue Mountain was discovered, Mantenin was regarded as the best coffee because of its rich and mellow taste, not astringent and sour, alcohol and bitterness can be revealed; moderate roasting will leave a moderate sour taste and unique flavor; if it is not beautiful, it will have a pink taste and astringency.

Blue Mountain coffee is produced in the Blue Mountains in western Jamaica, hence its name. Blue Mountain is a mountain range, 2256 meters above sea level, coffee trees planted in the steep slopes of 1000 meters above sea level. The annual production of Blue Mountain coffee is only about 700 tons. Blue Mountain coffee beans are plump and slightly larger than ordinary beans. Acid, fragrant, mellow, sweet taste average and intense, slightly bitter, taste coordination, excellent flavor, suitable for single coffee. Because of the low yield, most of the coffee sold on the market is "special blue mountain", which is to add other coffee beans to the blue mountain for the bottom of the comprehensive coffee.
Hawaiian coffee beans are grown on volcanic terrain. At the same time, there is a high density of artificial cultivation agronomy, is that each bean can be said to be spoiled, the price is naturally not cheap, the price is second only to Blue Mountain. Hawaiian conna beans are evenly neat in shape, with intense acidity and sweetness. The taste is moist and smooth. Moderate baking makes the beans sour, and deep baking makes both bitter and mellow. This coffee bean grows at altitudes up to 6000 feet above sea level. Gourmet coffee is grown only in mountainous areas, at altitudes of about 4000- 6000 feet, requiring annual rainfall of about 80 feet and a significant difference between dry and wet seasons. The soil required to develop gourmet coffee beans must be very fertile, and any volcanic, cloudy or cloudy weather is also necessary for the development of high-quality coffee beans. Daytime temperatures need to be 15-20 degrees Celsius. This weather causes a longer development process, and strange growth and weather conditions cause stronger coffee stomachs to occur.
