For the new buddies, we suggest you buy a hand pot by the way (not too expensive, dozens of yuan is fine), and take four steps when brewing.

STEP1 | preparation work

Prepare hot water about 150ml 83 ℃-90 ℃ in the kettle, take out the ear bag, gently tear it along the dotted line, pull the small ears on both sides of the coffee bag, pull it outward at the same time, and hang it on the book with about the capacity of 160ml.

STEP2 | first water injection 30ml

Water injection is divided into three times, the first time to inject 30ml hot water in circles, stop steaming for 30 seconds, turn the water and pour it on the coffee powder, do not pour it on the ear bag, you can see the process of the fresh coffee powder slowly expanding.

STEP3 | the remaining water is injected in two stages.

After 30 seconds of steaming, the second water injection is carried out, and the 100ml is injected slowly. After the injection, the water is placed until the water is fully filtered through the filter paper and infiltrated into the cup. Then inject the remaining 20ml, infiltrate it all and throw away the earbag.

Attention! Earbags can not be used twice.

After completing the above steps, you can also add some cold milk to make a milk coffee according to your preference, because the coffee has dropped to about 70 degrees, so adding cold milk tastes better.
