Chontali, Peru
Many people are not very optimistic about Peruvian fine coffee, but as everyone knows, Peruvian fine coffee has been trying to get better.

Cajamarca province is one such place to produce high-quality coffee. Not long ago, Ming shared Peru Arillo from here. And today's protagonist, Peru Jonkari, is also from this magical province.
Chontali is a small town located in Chunchucas Valley, Cajamarca Province. The surrounding land is between 1,200 and 2,100 metres above sea level. Junkali's mountains are steep, but the slopes soften toward the top, allowing coffee to grow. Also, soil pH is optimal for coffee agriculture development, but soil erosion can be a problem in steep areas. As a result, some farmers level the land to protect the soil.

Jonkali began growing coffee in the 1950s, and since then the area has flourished and yields have steadily increased. Coffee farmers here have an average of 2 to 3 hectares of coffee growing land each, and they harvest ripe cherries between June and October.
And all this is far from enough, in order to better get high-quality coffee beans, Aladino Delgado led the coffee farmers in the region, continuous efforts, finally, got this selection Peru Joan Carrie.

It is Aladino Delgado's willingness to train with local suppliers and other growers in coffee production and processing that makes Jonkali's coffee quality better and better.
After all, for them, never enough.

card design

The design of the card is inspired by the coffee craft passed down from generation to generation in the remote Peruvian town of Jonkali, which originated from a small farm and a group of growers who depend on the coffee industry for their livelihood. Coffee's close connection to people has had a profound impact on the art form and design of the label, which uses ring forms to show the hands of farmers and demonstrate the self-sufficiency of the region. The hues of the cards are derived from ancient Peruvian fabrics, while the typography is taken from hand-painted murals by Peruvian artists.
Before that, Joan Carrie had already met everyone at Starbucks Zhenxuan.
This time, it was his third appearance.
