Siphon coffee pot, also known as the match wind pot (transliteration from siphon or syphon), it originated in Germany. It extracts coffee by heating the gas in the lower pot, increasing the pressure, and siphoning water into the upper pot. Then re-enter the lower part through the filter paper or filter cloth, and then pour out the lower half of the coffee to drink.
Reminder: The heat up time before pot extraction is longer, so pay attention to it a little. When filling coffee powder, avoid coffee contact with air for too long and lose freshness. Pay attention to speed and time when filling coffee powder into filter. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the equipment.
Operation steps:
Place the lower pot in the pot holder and pour in the right amount of water (hot water is recommended).
Install the filter cloth to the upper pot, hook the hook of the bead string hook to the outer edge of the protruding glass tube at the lower part of the upper pot.
Put the upper pot into the lower pot mouth, so that the upper pot will not shake.
Pour the coffee powder into the upper pot boiler.
Put the alcohol lamp under the lower pot and heat it.
Wait for the next pot to boil, insert the upper pot into the lower pot.
When the water has risen completely, start stirring with a wooden stirring spoon (no more than 1 minute).
Remove the alcohol lamp and cool the air in the kettle.
Pour coffee into a warm coffee cup
