Pemi is a British brand with a national chain and plans to have more than 700 in Sichuan alone within three to five years. I came to Pu'er in the 2015 Pu'er Coffee Cup National Finals. Pemi uses Pu'er coffee beans. Pemi Coffee is the business form of three partners, the partner is Taiwan roaster Ms. Shi Lili, she is mainly responsible for products, Mr. Zhao Qiang is responsible for marketing, I am responsible for operation. The trio began to work together in 2012. Pemi Coffee Chengdu High-tech Zone store opened in 2015. The previous 300-square-meter Leshan store has made a profit. Pemi's flagship store includes a marketing center, training center and incubator. Pemi also has a store in Chengdu Business School. Pemi's project was included in the 2016 Chengdu mass entrepreneurship and innovation project. I settled in Chengdu in 2000 and like coffee. Chengdu is a city with cultural heritage, which is suitable for making coffee. People in Chengdu like new and nostalgic things when they drink coffee, but they will not give up their eating habits for many years and can accept the cuisine of various countries. but still eat hot pot and Sichuan food. Chengdu is a very good city, very inclusive, strong plasticity, Chengdu people leisure, like to enjoy life, coffee can make people enjoy the taste of life. I have been making coffee for more than 20 years. My mother works in a coffee shop in Japan. I grew up in a coffee shop. A friend asked me to open a shop in Hainan, but later I went inland, preferring cities with cultural heritage. I didn't like the United States very much but liked Europe. I stayed in Britain before. I was mainly in charge of products in Pemi and opened a lot of stores for others. Pamy is the eating habit of Royal Coffee, mainly responsible for coffee research and development team, marketing is Mr. Yang (Yang Haitao). Last year, the Chengdu Division of the Coffee Competition was also held in Pemi, and before that the competition was held in Chongqing.
I personally have a fondness for siphon pots. Chain stores are basically espresso, which is fast and easy to use. Coffee aesthetics is represented by siphon pots, which are not exquisite in hand-making. Siphon pots belong to handmade coffee, and sticks need to be practiced. Students learn from me to practice sticks, and when they practice to match their own hand shape, they should first cultivate a relationship with the stick. The siphon pot is easy to learn but difficult to master. Everyone cooks it differently. There is no way to copy it, but it is the most valuable. In the past, imported beans were used in the store, but now Pu'er coffee is used. In the past few years, I feel that Pu'er coffee is getting better and better, and the quality of Pu'er coffee itself is better. If the roasting technology is further improved, the taste will be more diversified. The best roasting technology in the world is in Japan, where roasted coffee is made into a single product, while Italian coffee has no single product. Using baking technology to extract raw beans from different countries should belong to the taste and flavor of coffee beans planted in that place. Baking technology is very important. Pu'er coffee taste is relatively simple, citrus fruit aroma is not a problem, to face the public, need to taste a little more diversified, I believe that Pu'er coffee will be promising in the future.

The Wuhan Division Competition of the Pu'er Coffee Cup World siphon Pot Competition has just ended, and the style is similar to that of the Chengdu Division, which is held on the 700 square meters of the office floor of the incubator, with strong interaction. Pu'er is the region with the largest coffee production in the country, which is recognized by young people. It takes a process for young people to take part in this competition.
Mr. Lu Coffee draws lessons from the Internet thinking and embodies three ideas: to do something that is kind, interesting and informative. One is that Yunnan is the place where coffee is grown, and people with dreams take root again; there are materials, Pu'er coffee can bring a lot of cross-border elements, such as coffee creators; interesting, many young people dream of opening cafes and flower shops, because a person falls in love with coffee, because coffee falls in love with a city.
In 2003, teacher Lu Coffee introduced Pu'er Coffee for the first time. At that time, Pu'er Coffee with thousands of people in hundreds of cities and restaurants was the embryonic form of the siphon pot contest. At that time, the Lancang River brand of Pu'er was the first Pu'er coffee brand promoted in Wuhan. In 2015, Vice Mayor Yang of Pu'er personally went to Wuhan Competition District.
Lu teacher Coffee has its own two stores: one is for white-collar CBD consumers, and the other is training to roast coffee. Not only promote coffee culture through teacher Lu Coffee, but also provide cultural brand services for white-collar workers in the building. Teacher Lu Coffee plans to cooperate with Wuhan Talent Center this year, take Pu'er coffee to colleges and universities to exchange, do coffee vocational training, and eventually take young entrepreneurs as participants to play coffee together. Teacher Lu Coffee held more coffee exchange activities than expected every time, and the participants went to the stage to make their own coffee, not passive consumers.
