KAPHE's company is headquartered about 4 kilometers outside the city of Guasupe in the southern state of Minas Gerais. Minas Gerais is the largest coffee growing area in Brazil, accounting for nearly 50 per cent of the country's output and is one of the main sources of Brazilian coffee.
From Minas Gerais, the mixed beans are made of 100% Arabica coffee beans. The specialty coffee series are: KAPHE Gourmet,KAPHE Especial,KAPHE Superior, each of which has its own unique characteristics, while the commercial series are:
Estane Valley traditional Coffee (Esta coffee ã o do Valle Tradicional) and
Esta espresso (espresso ã o do Valle Extra-Forte).
