Starbucks Collection Coffee-Windrich Manor in Kenya

Father's Day afternoon, hand-made Starbucks collection of coffee in the office, this bag of coffee is brought back from the Starbucks Coffee Journey Special Exhibition, only 50 grams, but also enough for me to taste.

Starbucks Windrich Manor, Kenya

Flavor notes: juicy and crisp acidity, accompanied by red currant and plum flavors.

Flavor description: juicy red fruit.

Suitable food to match: cranberry orange Scolm, lemon bread.

Acidity: medium alcohol: medium planting area: African treatment: washing method

The above introduction is taken from Starbucks' official website. I think Starbucks coffee is heavily roasted. In comparison, this coffee bean is relatively low-roasted, in line with my taste, sour and less bitter. After all, I increasingly like to drink light-roasted coffee.

The following are the hand flushing devices I use, bought from the CoffeeMart Coffee Market. Although they are not very professional, they are easy to use and look good as home furnishings.

Hand punch combination set

I adjusted the hand bean grinder about a circle, the thickness is acceptable, although there will still be some thick coffee bean particles, but the overall flavor I am very satisfied.

Brewing and tasting

This time, I grabbed the water temperature at about 90 degrees Celsius, about 25 grams of coffee beans, brewing 400 cc of water, maybe shallow roasted beans will not be extracted enough, but this time the Kenya coffee beans, I think it is very suitable for the taste I want!

In the process of tasting, I constantly felt the flavor, and I found that there was a faint aroma in the middle and back of the Kenyan coffee. I don't know if it was like the plum or blackcurrant flavor described on the Starbucks website. It makes me want to drink a few more mouthfuls and feel the smell of the moment.

Conclusion

To sum up, I like the brewing results, and I am amazed by this Starbucks bean, which may subvert my previous negative impression that Starbucks is a commercial bean!
