Coffee is treated with the local long history of washing and tanning, while most coffee producing areas can easily be more than 2000 meters above sea level, and the coffee grown is quite rich in taste. It is common for small farmers with only one to two hectares of land to grow naturally without chemical fertilizers or pesticides and to carefully pick ripe bright red coffee fruits manually.
