Panama Bouquete Mamacata

Located at the junction of North and South America, Panama faces the Pacific Ocean on the left and the Atlantic Ocean on the right, so it plays an important role as a bridge between the two oceans and occupies the key to this geography.

Since it became a Spanish colony in 1501, it began to build the famous "Panama Canal" until it was completed in 1914, because adjacent Costa Rica,Panama has many similarities with Costa Rica in the classification and even treatment of coffee beans.

Every year, Panama has two important events affecting the international coffee industry, namely, the famous "Best of Panama" and "Gashei" bidding.

Chiriki province is now the concentration area of Panamanian boutique coffee, and Boquete and Volcan near the Baru volcano are particularly famous. This is because the territory has four distinct seasons, there are fertile and mineral-rich volcanic soil, the terrain is high, and the annual rainfall can reach 3500mm, which is very suitable for the growth of Arabica coffee trees.

Founded in 1997, Mamakata Manor is located in Ziliki District of Poquet, with an altitude of 1500mur1700m above sea level, an average annual temperature of between 13,000m and 26 degrees Celsius, annual rainfall of about 4000 mm, and volcanic ash soil rich in nutrients. This natural microclimate helps to enhance the richness of substances in coffee, making it a suitable environment for growing coffee. Therefore, although there is no long history, the manor owner Jose é David Garrido P é rez has its own Q Grader certification, allowing Mamakata to focus more on the technical ability to grow coffee to produce unique coffee beans. In addition, through the understanding and inference of scientific and technological information, growers get information about the variety, soil composition, health and production of each coffee tree. This information enables it to respond effectively to any factors that may adversely affect coffee production and further promotes Mamakata to become one of the winning players in the Best Panama (Best of Panama) competition (# 2016, a total of four batches entered the BOP finals, # three batches are in the top five).
