Today, we will introduce the origin of the pacamara variety of finca tres soles Anjing / Fenka Manor, the coffee estate of Nicaragua.

On the premise that Anjing Manor was opened by Taiwanese, he bought the original local coffee farm and renamed it Tres Soles, which means three suns. Today, I understand that the three suns have become the word "crystal" of Anjing Manor.

Pacamara (Pacamara) is an artificial breed of Pacas (Pacas) and elephant bean (Maragogype). Pacas (Pacas) and elephant bean (Maragogype) belong to Arabica species. Pacas (Pacas) is a variety of red bourbon under Arabica, while Elephant beans (Maragogype) is a variety of Typica under Arabica. (for more information on Arabica coffee, come here. Elephant beans are called 'Elephant Bean'' because of their large size. It was first found in Maragogipe in Brazil, which is three times the size of ordinary coffee beans and is not grown in many countries.

The Pacamara was first cultivated by Salvadoran research institutions in the 1950s (mostly 1958), while in the 1990s, some farmers in the Chalatenango producing area of Nango in Charat, El Salvador began to grow it. El Salvador is still the main producing area of Pacamara. This breed of coffee and its parents, like beans, are relatively large. Pacamara is another example of making a name for itself in COE competitions, and there are quite a number of manors named for this variety of beans to participate in COE competitions.

Any coffee bean will produce different flavor characteristics due to the different conditions of the planting area, the way of raw bean treatment, the degree of baking and the way of cooking. But on the whole, Pacamara is a multi-flavor, rich coffee bean. Elegant soft acidity, with berry-like fruit aromas throughout the process, with a pleasant and satisfying taste in the finish. Because it is one of the hybrids of bourbon, it has the soft and sweet characteristics of 'mother' bourban.

Anjing Coffee Manor

Finca Tres Soles Angel Coffee Manor is located in the Sinotega region (Jinotega), which is more than 1200 meters above sea level in northern Nicaragua. Scott Yang, the owner of an American pediatrician, has organically improved the soil of the entire estate for three years, while selecting only 220000 strong seedlings from 700000 Arabica purebred coffee saplings. Shade planting in the whole region, adhere to 100% manual picking, only pick mature and high-quality coffee red fruits, and constantly develop new processes in the process of fruit post-processing, so as to improve the flavor quality of coffee while avoiding secondary pollution. All raw beans have gone through one gravity machine, two color sorters and two manual screening, and the defect rate is reduced to the lowest.
