Suspiro Manor is the smallest farm owned by the Mierishu family and is located in the famous coffee area of Matagalpa. Fincas Mierisch consists of nine Finca (Farm) Coffee. Suppiro Manor is the smallest farm owned by the Mierishu family and is located in the famous coffee area of Matagalpa.

It has a history of more than 100 years. In the past 15 years, the family's investment in coffee equipment, processing technology and personnel training has led to the great growth of the family's micro-batch coffee beans, and these changes also come from the efforts of the whole family and the tireless input of each member. Under the leadership of the Mieridi family, the manor in the family has also won many C.O.E awards.

All varieties of coffee have been tested. By cross-propagating different plants, new varieties of coffee plants are created. Each variety has its own characteristics and specific flavor, yield and resistance to disease.

The same manor, the same batch and the same bean seed were treated with three different treatment methods: washing / sun / honey treatment.

Coffee beans will have a direct change in flavor because of different treatment methods, and the same batch of coffee beans in the same manor can be compared directly, which is very commendable. If you want to carry out three different treatment methods, the cost will be relatively high and the quantity will be small. Therefore, very few manors will do so.

This time, the three varieties are all micro-batches, which means that only a few coffee beans can be processed to make them more refined and rare, while orange bourbon is a very special and rare variety. In general, the coffee fruit is red when it is ripe, and when the orange bourbon coffee cherries are ripe, the berries shine with orange luster.
