The word coffee originated in Ethiopia.
The word coffee originated in the Kafa region of Ethiopia. Kafa is Ethiopia's coffee-producing region, where coffee was first discovered, and it itself carries the meaning of "strength and enthusiasm." Coffee was called kawha after it was introduced into arabia. From this etymology, coffee(English), caffe(Italian), caf(French), kaffee(German),(Korean), coffee (Chinese) and other languages have been extended.
Coffee also has many meanings. Although the dictionary calls it "roasted coffee seed," it actually includes
Coffee tree fruits, seeds, roasted seeds, extracted beverages, products processed from beverages, etc. can all be called coffee. The coffee industry refers to the prized seeds as "beans"-something similar in size and appearance to coffee seeds. Unbaked beans are called "raw beans" and baked beans are called "baked beans."
When we talk about coffee in our country, most of it refers to instant coffee. This is a beverage preparation made by concentrating, drying and crystallizing coffee extract and can be drunk directly after being washed with hot water. According to the production method can be divided into drying method, freezing method and double drying method of three kinds of production. Drying method is to put the coffee liquid in dry high temperature air to make it quickly volatilize and dry, freezing method is to freeze the coffee liquid rapidly to sublimate its water, double drying method is to separate the water into particles of a certain size and then dry the particles again. The advantage of instant coffee is that it is convenient to eat and can adjust its concentration.
Regular coffee is the equivalent of instant coffee. Of course, raw bean coffee has a variety of meanings and properties. Straight coffee refers to coffee with regional characteristics, also known as regionale coffee. When coffee from several origins is mixed, it produces new aromas and flavours-this is called blended coffee, or blended coffee.
Recently, I have heard the word "organic coffee" a lot. In short, it refers to coffee produced with organic fertilizer. Organic coffee, which requires a lot of input and careful cultivation, is certified as premium coffee. Flavoured coffee, once popular, is artificially flavored coffee.
Green beans also refer to coffee that is roasted directly after ordering and then extracted. This is indeed "freshly ground" coffee. However, the entire production process takes more than 20 minutes. Arranged coffee is coffee made by adding or garnishing spices, cream, chocolate, etc. to the original bean coffee.

Coffee Culture Fair Trade Movement
A cup of coffee requires the hard work and dedication of many people from the beginning to the end. The noblest part of this should be the farmers who grow coffee trees at an altitude of more than 1000 meters, with inconvenient transportation and backward medical and educational facilities. and grow coffee very far from where they live and work hard until they are picked. But it's these farmers.
