Santa Ana district of El Salvador Apaneca | Las Ranas frog farm in this mountain wash the flavor of bourbon SHB?
El Salvador is the smallest and most densely populated country in Central America. Coffee is the main crop in most of the region, but don't forget its existence because of its miniature. 60% of the coffee in El Salvador is bourbon, such as orange, pink bourbon, red bourbon, etc., most of the Salvadoran farms are medium-sized, and farmers have great enthusiasm and expertise.
The Las Ranas growers are farmers in a lagoon on the top of the mountain, in the volcanic area of the Apaneca-Llamatepec Mountains in western El Salvador, where there are some cultural practices in the development of the farm, including pruning coffee and trees, weed control, updating farm equipment, all of which are done in the traditional way, and it is very difficult to find workers around here, because after the eruption of Mount Santa Ana in 2005, only two people lived near the farm. However, this year is a bumper harvest, coffee beans at high altitudes slowly absorb nutrient-rich volcanic soil, coupled with the perfect elegant sea breeze blowing, full of sunshine, cool, dry clouds, forming a rare flavor.
The local dialect of Las Ranas Farm means "the frog of this mountain". There is great respect for the environment here, and the harvest and disposal are guided by the Rainforest Alliance, which is the product of El Salvador in November 2012. it is a batch of washed green beans, which will bring you a rich, dazzling and surprisingly exotic atmosphere.
