This time I made some "coffee ice bricks" from the last ice brew.

Ice cubes made of ordinary boiled water, too much will make the coffee taste too light, so this time I use coffee to make ice bricks

The disadvantage is that the Hario cold bubble pot is too big. If you want to do it, you must fill it with 800-1000ml water and 40-80g powder, otherwise the water level can not rise to the height of the filter, and you will not be able to soak completely.

Because there are not so many people in my family, I drink cold coffee for many days because I have more than one can of ice brew with 800ml.

By the way, although the jar looks like it can be used to brew plum wine or something, the lid is not completely sealed, and the part of the pot mouth is open to pour coffee. If you want to seal it, you may need to buy another accessory to use it.

If you don't have a large family like me, it would be nice to use the first method to make ice brew. all you need is a good filter and a coffee maker with a sealed lid!
